Digital products only, no shippingEverything sold on Tecito is digital: donations and tips, memberships and subscriptions, exclusive content, tickets to live events, one-to-one video calls and software plans. All of it is delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping fees and no delivery times.
Non-refundable paymentsAll payments made on Tecito, including subscriptions, tips and pay-per-view (PPV) content, are non-refundable once activated.
SubscriptionsYou can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Charges already made are not refunded.
